Judy Barker & Sally Thomas

Experienced musicians Judy Barker and Sally Thomas bring together Scottish smallpipes, English concertina and vocals to create a sound which is absorbing and layered with harmonies. Their interpretation of music and song from Scotland and England provides a rich and reflective approach to traditional music.

After a frustrating year for Judy in 2025, being incapacitated with a broken wrist and related issues, we are delighted to say that we are now 100% well and the music is flowing again!
 
We have two gigs coming up and are very excited about both of them. We’ll be playing at the Wighton Heritage Centre, Dundee on Saturday 18th April at 11am (https://friendsofwighton.com/category/whats-on/) and we would love to see you there if you are in the area.
 
We are also delighted to be performing as part of Haddstock 2026 on Saturday 30th May at The Victoria downstairs at 3.20pm. This is a wonderful community festival in Haddington, East Lothian. Do take a look at the full programme of music, talks, events and workshops over the full weekend.
