Hello again

It’s time for a quick reminder that you can still purchase tickets for our second
Fringe show on 22 nd August at St Marks Artspace at 6.30pm. Please visit our

We also wanted to send you a quick update about our recent musical
activities which have included a wonderful trip to the island of Coll where we
played to a mix of local residents and visitors to the island in the impressive
An Cridhe Community Centre where our audience were most welcoming and
happily sang along and tapped their feet! After the Gig we received the
following lovely email:

“We just wanted to say thank you for a most entertaining evening. Who’d have
thought you could team up the Scottish Smallpipes with the English
Concertina and produce such a mesmerising performance.
We bet those instruments never met each other before you introduced them,
but they really make a great couple.
And you two are a great duo – love the twinkles in your eyes.Thanks again,
Sarah and Greg.”

We also enjoyed playing to our first Fringe audience on 7 th August and
understand that we were in competition with thousands of other shows so
really appreciated seeing a healthy number in our audience, and one lovely
American couple kindly told us that they had specifically come to hear us –
what an honour for us.

Hoping to see you soon. We should have some more dates for our Gigs list
soon and will of course keep you updated with this. In the meantime, thank
